  Our Texas Wild story began on our founder's historic ranch right here in our hometown of Fredericksburg.  He had a true passion for creating savory heritage flavors using veggies grown in his garden and other "Texas wild" native flavors found in nature.  Over time, he masterly crafted & perfected his recipes, selling jams & jellies in Fredericksburg peach stands starting in the 1980's, and salsas & bbq sauces by the 1990's!
   All great flavors with REAL Texas heritage, and deep roots.
   And today, more than 30+ years later, the Weigand Family, and Weigand Ranch LLC, proudly carry the Texas Wild™ legacy forward, bringing our hometown flavors, and the Texas Wild™ one-of-a-kind story to tables across the USA.
