LONG TERM STORAGE
Store in an air-tight glass jar or container at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture.
Although natural honey rarely goes bad, it may darken, get cloudy, or crystallize. These are all natural changes.
Crystalized honey is safe to consume. Put the glass jar into a shallow pot of water, place on stovetop, and warm using low heat. Crystals will dissolve and it'll look normal again. Repeat if needed.
Or place a plastic bear or jar in the warm sunshine on a porch for a couple hours and it will naturally dissolve and get liquid again.
Do not microwave or overheat honey.
SAFETY
Do not feed honey to infants under one year of age.
