HERITAGE FLAVORS
We invite you to experience our Texas Wild™ gourmet foods that are deeply rooted in Fredericksburg Texas. Our founder's family can trace their culinary roots all the way back to their German ancestors who settled Fredericksburg and were providing food to others in the 1850's.
Like his ancestors, our founder had a true passion for crafting foods. He started Texas Wild™ gourmet foods in the 1980's, and over the years, continued perfecting his amazing recipes in his commercial ranch kitchen located on the historic Morris Ranch just outside of town.
Today, the Texas Wild™ Brand is owned by another multigenerational Fredericksburg family. The Weigand Family, Weigand Ranch LLC., is carrying our made-in-Texas heritage flavors forward, along with other favorites as well as handy kitchen goods!
