• All USA shipped orders include a tracking #.
• As soon as orders are shipped, customers receive an email from Texas Wild™ with updated info.
• Please check your inbox (and your junk folder) for emails from sender: sales@texaswildbrand.com
DAMAGED ITEMS DURING TRANSIT
Our warehouse team double checks each order for accuracy, and they take great care while packaging items for safe shipping. But we understand that during transit, products can get damaged, delayed, or lost. Please understand, that once shipping carriers receive packages, all transit damages, delays, and lost packages are out of our control.
• Send us an email within 5 days if you have any questions on your order.
• Please include any damage details and a couple photos.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we will do our best to make things right.
Non-returnable items
• Custom made, custom labeled items, & special orders.
• Any on-sale items, that state any of the following (but are not limited to): Non-refundable, sold as-is, clearance, returns not accepted, final sale, no return, close-out.
• Any original shipping charges paid on the original invoice are not refundable if items are returned.
Returns | Refunds
TO START YOUR RETURN / REFUND REQUEST, PLEASE EMAIL US WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIVING ITEMS.

• Be sure to include your name, order#, reason of return, and a couple photos if they arrived damaged.
• We will notify you once an item(s) is approved for return and refund.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and items must be returned in the same original condition as received.
We will notify the customer after we have received the returned item(s), and let you know when the refund is approved, for partial or full refund.
Please keep in mind that it may take several business days for the return process, and your bank or credit card company may also take a couple days to process and post the refund.
PLEASE NOTE: Any items that are sent back to us first, without requesting a return/refund, may not be accepted at our warehouse, and may returned to sender.
