Craving a snack?
CREAMY SALSA DIP - In a small bowl mix some sour cream and our peach salsa (about 2:1 ratio), and stir well for a Hill Country style dip. Add more peach salsa to taste. With its pink color, not only does it taste great, but it displays well too! Top with some finely chopped fresh cilantro for a colorful and tasty dip.
Or simply, generously pour over a block of cream cheese and dig in.
