There's \u003cem\u003emany \u003c\/em\u003eoptions!\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eIDEAS\u003cbr\u003eCHUCKWAGON SALAD DIP:  \u003cbr\u003e  In a large bowl mix \u003cstrong\u003eTexas Wild™ Black Bean and Corn Salsa\u003c\/strong\u003e (somewhat drained), add any preferred chopped foods such as: chopped bacon, diced avocados, chopped fresh jalapeños, chopped green onions, chopped fresh cilantro or parsley leaves.  Add a sprinkle of your favorite seasonings to taste: salt, pepper, or a bit of chili powder (or flakes).  Mix well, top it with some shredded cheese if desired, and enjoy a hearty, colorful, meal.  Grab some favorite tortilla chips \u0026amp; enjoy!\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eTRAILSIDE STUFFED PEPPERS:\u003cbr\u003eBrown your preferred meat (seasoned Italian sausage, or ground beef to taste, etc) until meat is thoroughly cooked, drain grease, \u0026amp; set aside.  Prep large bell peppers (or your choice of peppers) by slicing in half and scooping out the insides. Blanch in boiling water for 2-3 minutes to soften them a bit.  Lay with opened side up into a baking dish and stuff with your meat that is pre-mixed with some \u003cstrong\u003eTexas Wild™ Black Bean \u0026amp; Corn salsa.\u003c\/strong\u003e Optional: add a spoonful of cream cheese to the mix.  Sprinkle salt \u0026amp; pepper to taste.  Pour a little water into the bottom of the pan (up to 1 inch in height) and bake 30 minutes at 350\u003cmeta charset=\"UTF-8\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003e° or until they are softened and cooked to your liking.
